Description

The PAN system of identification is a computer based system that assigns unique identification number to every tax-paying entity in the country. Through this method, all tax related information of a person is recorded against a single PAN number which acts as the primary key for storage of information. Obtaining PAN card involves procedures like filling up online form 49B, obtaining acknowledgement of application and payment of the required processing fees. We, at FCA, help individuals in the process of submitting PAN card applications.

  • Proof of Date of Birth

  • Certificate of identity & Address in Original signed by a Member of Parliament or Member of Legislative Assembly or Municipal Councilor or a Gazetted officer, as the case may be (in prescribed format)


For Categories other than Individuals & HUF i.e. Firm, BOI, AOP, AOP (Trust), Local Authority, Company, Limited Liability Partnership, Artificial Juridical Person.

Having office of their own in India:

  • Company - Registration Certificate of Company
  • Partnership Firm - Copy of Partnership Deed
  • Trust - Copy of trust deed
  • LLP - Certificate of Registration

Having no office of their own in India:

Company/Firms/Limited Liability Partnership/AOP (Trusts)/AOP/ BOI/Local Authority/Artificial Juridical Person - Copy of Certificate of Registration issued in the country where the applicant is located duly attested.
